Nancy O'Dell's professional career started in Myrtle Beach South Carolina as an anchor and reporter for news at WPDE-TV. Later, she was a the morning news anchor as well as a the crime reporter at WCBD TV. Her reporting in Charleston about the police's leniency toward DUI cases resulted in being the State Law Enforcement Division investigating these cases. Ms. O'Dell received an award for the Best Report of the Award from the Associated Press for South Carolina's media. O'Dell has worked at Charleston reporting, was a co-anchor at NBC's Miami WTVJ-TV station prior to moving to Access Hollywood where she is now a correspondent and co-anchor during weekends. O'Dell is a leading anchor at Access Hollywood. In addition, she contributes to NBC News Today and Dateline NBC.
